Order processing time

Please allow 3-10 business days to process your order before ship date. Standard shipping with Canada Post for Canadian bound orders usually take between 3-10 business days to reach destination. Please note we are not responsible for late shipments due to carrier delays.

Lost or damaged order

If you believe your order has been lost please submit a claim ticket with Canada Post to verify that your order was not delivered. Please contact us with this information.

If your order has arrived damaged please take a picture of the damage and contact us within 7 days of delivery.

International Shipping 

International orders may be subject to your local authority/government assessment, and may incur custom/duty fees, which you are responsible to pay. Thank you for understanding that these fees are outside of our control.

Returns / Exchanges / Cancellations

I gladly accept returns and exchanges if our products did not satisfy your needs. Contact me within 30 days of delivery. We cannot accept returns if you have changed your mind about an order. We are unable to cancel an order that is already in production. Thank you for understanding.

Allergies

In the event that you experience an allergic reaction please contact us so that we can issue you a refund. Please understand that even natural ingredients may cause allergic reactions and that we cannot be held responsible.

Inconsistencies

Although we aim to be as consistent as possible, the colour, texture and aroma of a given product may vary slightly from batch to batch due to the nature of formulating with natural ingredients. This is normal and does not impact the product result.

All pricing on Olga Naturals website is in Canadian dollars unless indicated otherwise.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal. Please note that your order will not be processed until payment is received and cleared.
